Returns & Exchanges

At Planta Greenhouses Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print the label to secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
